The Metropolitan Victoria First Home Owners Grant:
Federal First Home Owners Grant $ 7,000
First Home Bonus Melbourne $13,000
GRAND TOTAL: $20,000
Regional Victoria First Home Buyers Grant:
Federal First Home Buyers Grant $ 7,000
First Home Bonus Victoria $13,000
First Home Regional Bonus $ 6,500
GRAND TOTAL: $26,500
From the start of July 2011 first home buyers in Victoria will receive a 20% cut to their stamp duty payments, which means, if you qualify for the $7000 first home buyers grant and you build one of our homes, because you can build any of our 39 new home designs for under $600 000, you will save somewhere between $2 500 and $5 000 depending on which of our homes suits you best.
