All of our builder’s have qualified with Homes Now strict selection criteria before becoming a member. They will be personally responsible for the building process of your new home and you can rest assured in the knowledge that you have an experienced and knowledgeable, licensed, building practitioner overseeing your entire building process.

Member Selection Criteria

Homes Now has rigorous selection criteria in place, meaning you can rest assured that the builder allocated to your home has met all of these criteria prior to becoming a member. Potential members must have the ability to demonstrate exceptional building technical skills, as well as a sound industry reputation, that can only have been acquired over their many years of trade experience. All our current members are required to work to our strict high standard of performance, as well as uphold our Code of Conduct (see below). In addition, Homes Now has implemented an internal quality assurance system that rates our members for their professional conduct and ensures that they are continually striving for excellence.
